RESOLUTION NO. 2010-52
RESOLUTION DIRECTING COMPLETION OF A
STUDY ON THE REGULATION OF ROOFTOP RESTAURANTS
AND PREPARATION OF OFFICIAL
CONTROLS BASED UPON THAT STUDY
City Of Edina
WHEREAS, the City does not have specific regulations concerning rooftop
restaurants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina as
follows:
1. The City planning staff is directed to conduct a study to determine if rooftop
restaurants should be allowed and if allowed how rooftop restaurants should be
regulated within the City.
2. Based upon the study, the City staff and the City Attorney are directed to
prepare a draft of any appropriate amendments to theQ�yty's official controls for
consideration by the City Council. I I
