RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NOT TO EXCEED
cn COST FOR A VETERANS MEMORIAL
City of Edina
WHEREAS, the City Council has Adopted Ordinance No. 2011-01 establishing a
memorial for veterans at Utley Park located at 50th Street and Wooddale Avenue in Edina.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina that the
estimated cost to design and build the memorial is an amount not to exceed $400,000.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City of Edina will provide funding in an amount not-
to-exceed $30,000; however, all remaining funds will be from donations and shall be raised in
their totality prior to construction being approved by the City Council
