Know all men by these presents that Oliver P. Anderson and Helen Mae Anderson, his wife,
owners and proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of
Minnesota and County of Hennepin towit: The North 80 feet of the South 236 feet of
Outlot One, Town Realty's Edina Terrace. Also that part of the North 80 feet of the
South 266 feet of the East 586,674 feet of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest u of
Section 20, Township 28, Range 24, lying west of the Southerly extension of the East
line of Lot 3, Block 2, Town Realty's Edina Terrace 2nd Addition. Have caused the same
to be surveyed and platted as ANDERSON'S EDINA TERRACE and do hereby donate and dedicate
the Utility Easement as shown on the annexed plat, for use of municipality or other
public utilities, for installation and maintenance of facilities installed in and over
said easements to serve adjacent or other prem n the vicinity. In witness whereof
