Know all men by these presents: That James E. Johnson and Carol J. Johnson, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and Morten Arneson and Katherin Arneson, husband and wife,

Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ARNES0141S ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the circle as shown on this plat, also
