Know all men by these presents that Eugene A. Messenger and Dorothy S. Messenger, his wife, owners and proprietors
and First Southdale National Bank of Edina, a Banking Corporation, Organized under the laws of the United States,
mortgagee of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit:
That part of Lot 39, Auditor's Subdivision Number 196, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the East line and 338.6 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot 39, Auditor's Subdivision Number
196, said point being on the center line of a public road as traveled; thence South 42 degrees 43 minutes 'zlest
295.7 feet along the center of said road; thence North 35 degrees Q5 minutes '-lest 12.9.2 feet; thence North 12 degrees
11 minutes East 132 feet; thence North 80 degrees 09 minutes East 250.6 feet to the East line of said Lot 39; thence
South 60.2 feet to the place of beginning,according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as
ARROWHEAD RIDGE, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road as shown on the
annexed plat. In witness whereof Eugene A. Messenger and Dorothy S. Messenger, his wife, have hereunto set their
