For reference, our current address is 4408 Morningside Road. Once Sidell Trail was built, we became a "corner" house, with our driveway reconfigured to come off Sidell Trail. There are no other houses on the same side of Sidell Trail as ours, nor will any be built on our side of the street. The 3 houses now up on the other side of the street are 4248, 4244, and 4240. Following normal odd/even side conventions, this would make us either 4247 or 4245 - we would prefer 4245 Sidell Trail of those options. That being said, I also don't understand other implications this might drive as far as insurance, taxes, mortgage, post office, etc. or the process to make this happen with the city. Happy to chat if you can shed light on any of those things based on past experience.
