Block 2,"Carolane Addition" according to the map or plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as
CAROLANE ADDITION - BLIX REPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the
easements for utility purposes as shown on the plat. in witness whereof said W. R. Blix and Ruth A. Blix,
