Know all men by these presents that Haverty Construct I6n-Co.,laMinnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor; and Ellen E. Gleeson, single, and Ellen E. Gleeson, as administratrix of the EatBtt-of
William F, Gleeson, deceased, mortgagees, of the following described property in the State of Minnesota
and County of Hennepin, town: Outiot Three, CHEROKEE HILLS, according to the plat thereof on file or
of record in the Office of the Register.. of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, have caused the same

public for public use forever the easements for utility and drainage purposes as shown on the annexed
