Know all men by these presents that Haverty Construction Co., Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin,
towit: OUTLOT FIVE, CHERKOKEE HILLS, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
Office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, has caused the same to be surveyed and
platted as CHEROKEE HILLS 4TH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the Trail and Easements for Utility and Drainage purposes as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof said Haverly Construction Co., Inc. has caused thes .presents to be signed by its
