the line to be described; thence N 54° V to the intersection with the Hest line of said Outlot 3 and said line there terminating, as of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CLAGRAMAR THIRD ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the avenue and road as
shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements and sewer easements as shown on the annexed plat.
