SURVEYORS following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin towit: Lot 12, Block 1,
"Codes Highview Park", except the East 103 feet thereof, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as
CODES HIGHVIEW PARK - MAURERS REPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the
easements for storm sewer and utility purposes as'shown on the annexed plat, in witness whereof we have hereunto
