Know all men by these presents, that Donald R. Berg and Shirley Ann Berg, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
All that part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 519, Files of the Registrar of Titles,County of Hennepin, lying
Northeasterly of the Northeasterly line of Tract A, said Registered Land Survey No. 519, and its Southeasterly
extension, lying Westerly of the East 70 feet of said Tract B and lying Northerly of the Northerly right-of-way line
of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 62 as shown in Final Certificate Document No. 1501355, Files of the Registrar
of Titles.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as COLONIAL COURT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the court and the drainage and utility easement as shown on the plat.
