All that part of Block Twenty-eight (28)) Mendelssohn) lying Northeasterly of line described as follows
Commencing at a point in the West line of said Block Twenty-eight (28) which point is One Hundred Fifty (150)
feet distant South from the Northwest corner of said Block Twenty-eight (28); thence running Southeasterly
in a straight line to a point in the East line of said Block Twenty-eight (28) which point is Three Hundred
(300) feet distant South from the Northeast corner of said Block Twenty-eight (28).
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CONN HEIGHTS) and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the Road and Avenue as shown on the annexed plat) also subject to the Drainage
and Utility Easements as shown on the annexed plat,
