the Nest line of said Fast half of said Northeast quarter at a point 26.24 rods Borth of the Southwest corner of said Fast half of said 'Northeast quarter; thence North along said West line 24.24 rods; thence East
33 rocks; thence South 24.24 rods to a point 26.24 rods .orth of the South line of said East half of said Northeast quarter; thence West 33 rods to the place of beginning according to the United States government
survey, thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as COOPER ADDITIuN and do hereby donate and dedicate to the ;public for public use forever the circle as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the easements as
