Know oil men by these presents: that Sidney Land & Livestock Co. , a Montana Corporation, owner and proprietor of the following described property situated in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota;
Lot 4 except that part thereof described as follows: beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of said lot; thence East along the South line of said lot a -'distance of
175.65 feet; thence North a distance of 309.77 feet to a point in the North line of said lot which point is 175.66 feet East of the Northwest corner of said lot; thence West along
the North line of said lot a distance of 175.66 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence South along the West line of said lot a distance of 309.72 feet to the point of
beginning, in Block 5, in "Creston Hills, Hennepin County, Minnesota". The East 30 feet of that part of Lot 4, Block 5 lying South of a line drown 120 feet North of
and parallel with the South line of said Lot and West of a line drown from a point in the North line of said Lot distant 175.66 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot to
a point in the South line of said Lot distant 175.65 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot in "Creston Hills, Hennepin County, Minnesota", all according to the plot thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota,
has caused the some to be surveyed and platted as CRESTON HILLS - BACH REPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Street as
shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the annexed plot.
