KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Developers Construction Inc., a Minnesota corporation, fee owner, and
Suburban National Bank, a United States Corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the R.T. D 0 C . N 0.
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the West 205 feet of the East 530 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
30, Township 117, Range 21, lying Southerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
30 distant 3322 feet west from the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North, parallel with the East line of said Northeast Quarter a distance
of 230.70 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Northwesterly, deflecting to the left 74 degrees 15 minutes, to the West
line of the East 530 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and there terminating, except that part thereof embraced within the East 200

Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point in the South line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 117, North of Range 21, West
of the 5th P.M. said point being 322 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Block 25; thence North parallel with the west line of said Block, 230.7 feet;
thence at an angle of 74 degrees 15 minutes to the left from said last described line, to the West line of Block 25; thence South along the 'West line thereof
to a point due West of the point of beginning; thence East to the point of beginning. Also
That part of the East 200 feet of the North 350 feet of Block 26, Mendelssohn, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, that lies Southwesterly of the following described line; beginning at a point in the South line of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 117, North of Range 21, West of the 5th P.M. said point being 322 feet West of the Southeast corner of Block
25, Mendelsohn; thence north, parallel with the West line of said Block 25 a distance of 230.7 feet to a point; thence at an angle of 74 degrees 15 minutes
to the left from said last described line to a point 200 feet West of the East line of Block 26, measured at right angles thereto and there terminating.
