That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 116, Range 21, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of
said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 489.09 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel with the North line of said
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 350 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a
distance of 153 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 185 feet; thence Northwesterly to
a point on the West line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 611.09 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence North 122 feet
to the point of beginning.
And that we, Richard N. Reeves and Martha L. Reeves, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota:
That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 116, Range 21, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of
said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 611.09 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South along said West line 244 feet;
thence East parallel with the North line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 350 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of
said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 213 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
a distance of 185 feet; thence Northwesterly in a straight line to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DAHLQCIST ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road as shown on
the annexed plat, also subject to the easements as shown on the annexed plat.
