Know all men by these presents: that Elmer V. Hedges and Dorothy Hedges, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota:
The Bast 540 feet of the West 870 feet of the South 20 rods of the Southwest quarter of the

Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DUBLIN HILL and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the circle as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility, storm sewer and
water main and sanitary sewer easements as shown on the annexed plat.
