Know all men by these presents: that we, Leonard J. Fellman and Alma L. Fellman, husband and wife, owners and
proprietors, and Carlyle D. Jacobson and Maxine L. Jacobson, husband and wife, purchasers under contract for deed of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 710, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as FELLRAN'S SECOND ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the street as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements and
sanitary sewer easements as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof Leonard J. Fellman and Alma L. Fellman, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
this day of A.D. 1964, and Carlyle D. Jacobson and Maxine L. Jaoobson, husband and wife, have hereunto set
their hands and affixed their seals this day of A.D. 1964.
