Know all men by these presents that Arne G. Bogen and Sigrid Bogen, his wife, owners and
proprietors, of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County
of Hennepin, to wit: That part of the South 2 of the Southeast i of the Northwest -4L of Section
8, Township 116, Range 21 lying West of the East 792.54 feet thereof; except that part thereof
embraced in FJELDHEIM ADDITION, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as FJELDHEIM 2ND
ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road, Drives
and Easements for utility and drainage purposes as shown on the annexed 'plat. in witness whereof
