Know all men by these presents that Luverne Loken and Vivian M. Loken, his wife, owners and proprietors,
of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin towit:
The South � of the East J of Lot 1, Block 1, Peacedale Acres Hennepin County, Minn. Have caused the
same to be surveyed and platted as GARY'S ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate the utility easement
as shown on the annexed plat, for use of municipality or other public utilities, for installation and
maintenance of facilities installed in and over said easements to serve adjacent or other pre ises in the

that this plat is a correct representation of said survey; that all distances are correctly shown on the
