Know all men by these presents: that Thorpe Bros., Inc. a Minnesota corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, owner and proprietor, and
Ludwig P. Nelson and Olga M. Nelson, husband and wife, and Helge I. Nelson and Gloria Nelson, husband and wife, purchasers under contract for deed, of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
Lots 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and the South 5 feet of Lot 5, as measured at right angles to the South line thereof, all in Block 1, Gleason First Addition.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as GLEASON SECOND ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the lane, avenue and road
as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the easements as shown on the annexed plat.
