KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Dorothy A. Griffith, a widow, unmarried, fee owner of
the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota, and the County of
Hennepin, to wit:

Lot 11, PROSPECT HILLS, according to the plat thereof bn file or of record in the office
