KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That James M. Wilson and Carolyn S. Wilson, Husband and Wife, owners
of the following described property: Lot A, "White Investment Company's Hidden Valley", EXCEPT that
part described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot A; thence Southerly along
the West line of said Lot,120 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said lot a distance of
85 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of said lot to a point in the North line of said
lot, said point being 85 feet Easterly from the Northwest corner of said lot; thence Westerly along
the Northerly line of said lot to the point of beginning; according to the duly recorded map or plat
thereof. Also, the West one-half of Zenith Avenue between the South line of W. 54th Street and a
line parallel with and 120 feet South of the South line of W. 54th Street. Also, the West one-half
of Zenith Avenue lying South of a line 153 feet South of and parallel to the central line of West
54th Street and Northerly of the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Lot A,°White Investment
Company's Hidden Valley".
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as JAMES M. WILSON'S FIRST ADDITION, and do hereby
donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown
on the plat. In witness whereof, James M. Wilson and Carolyn S. Wiison have hereonto set their hands
