Know all men by these presents that Lampe Builders, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owners
and proprietor of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and
County of Hennepin to wit: The west 280 feet of the North i of &K. 22, MENDELSSOHN, Have
caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LAMPE'S ADDITION and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Street and Avenue as shown on the annexed
plat and also the Utility Easements as shown on the annexed plat, for use of the municipality
or other public utilities, for installation and maintenance of facilities installed in and
over said easements to serve adjacent or other premises in the vicinity. In witness whereof
said Lampe Builders, Inc. has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers
and Its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this /.s' day of Os L A.D.1958.

me each duly sworn did say that they are respectively President and Secretary of Lampe
Builders, Inc., the corporation named in the foregoing instrument, that the corporate
seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation and that sa.ld
Instrument was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board
of Directors and said A. W. Lampe and Ralph Lampe acknowledged said instrument to be the
free act and deed of said corporation. /1?
