Know all men by these presents that J.D. Leary and D.P. Leary, his wife,
owners and proprietors and Minnesota FederaiSavings & Loan Association, a
Banking Corporation, Organized under the laws of the United States, Mortgagee
of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and
County of Hennepin towit: Lots 1 and 2, Skyline. Have caused the same to be
surveyed and platted as LEARY'S ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate
to the public for public use forever the Utility Easements as shown on the
annexed plat, for use of municipality or other public utilities, for instal-
lation and maintenance of facilities installed in and over said easements to
serve adjacent or other premises in the vicinity. In witness whereof J.D.
Leary .and D.P, Leary, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals this

Savings & Loan Association has caused these presents to be signed by its proper

this plat as LEARYIS ADDITION; that this is a correct representation of said
survey; that all distances are correctly shown on the plat in feet and deci-
mals of a foot; that the monuments for guidance of future surveys are correctly
placed in the ground as shown on the plat; that the outside boundary lines
are correctly designated on the plat; that the topography of the land is
correctly shown on the plat and that there are no wet lands or public high-
ways to be designated on said plat other than as shown thereon.
