point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing South 4 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 18.75 feet;
thence southerly a distance of 122.9 feet, along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 994.93 feet and a central angle of

to its intersection with a line parallel with and 33.00 feet east, measured at right angles, from the west line of said Northwest Quarter

aforementioned "Line Y"; thence nort easterly to a point on said "Line Y" distant 30.00 feet easterly from its intersection with the last
described parallel line; thence east rly along said "Line Y" to the actual point of beginning.
That part of the North 50 feet of th Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 79 Township 116, Range 21, lying Westerly
of a line parallel with and 40 feet Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter
of said Section 7; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes East along the South line thereof a distance of 437.5 feet; thence North a distance
of 1468.2 feet; thence North 80 degrees West a distance of ,271.57 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence South 04 degrees East a distance of 51.53 feet; thence along a tangential curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 954.93
feet, a distance of 283.33 feet and 1here terminating, all according to the United States Government Survey thereof on file and of record
in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LOIS 7TH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever
the road, avenue and easements for utility and drainage purposes as �§bown on the plat. In witness whereof said John R. Paulson and Lois V.
