KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Kremer Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, owner and pro-
prietor of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin
to wit: That part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 31, Township 117,
Range 21, Iiennepin County, Minnesota described as beginning at a point on the East line of said
Southwest quarter of Northwest quarter distant 1990.84 feet South from the Northeast corner of the
Northwest quarter of Northwest quarter of said Section 31; thence Westerly a distance of 570,79 feet
along a line which intersects the West line of said Southwest quarter of Northwest quarter at a
point 2006.89 feet South from the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section 31;
thence Southwesterly deflecting to the left 460 561 14" a distance of 150 feet; thence Southerly

and do hereby dedicate and donate to the public for the public use forever LONDONDERRY ROAD as shown
