Know all men by these presents that Benjamin H. Simpson and Lorraine A. Simpson, his wife, owners and
proprietors, and The Minneapolis Savings and Loan Association, a Minnesota Corporation, Mortgagees, of the
following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towit: That part of
Lot D. lying west of a line drawn from a point on the South line of Lot 12, Block 2, distant 27 feet west of th
Southeast corner thereof to the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 3, "WHITE INVESTMENT COMPANY'S HIDDEN VALLEY".
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LORRAINE COURT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the court as shown on the annexed plat, and also the sewer easement as shown on
the annexed plat, for use of municipality for installation and maintenance of facilities in and over said
easement to serve adjacent or other premises in the vicinity. In witness whereon Benjamin H. Simpson and
Lorraine A. Simpson, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals thisa-day of 5zz�,)t A.D. 1959.
In witness whereof The Minneapolis Savings and Loan Association has caused these presents to be signed by its
pr per officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day fA.D. 1959.
