Know all men by these presents that Peter H. Dahlgren and Alice M. Dahlgren, his wife, owners and
proprietors of the following described p�CRerty situate in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin towit: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 plying west of the east 165 feet thereof, Peacedale Acres.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as NELSON & WOODHULL'S FIRST ADDITION and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road as shown on the annexed
plat and also the Utility Easements as shown on the annexed plat, for use of municipality or other
public utilities, for installation and maintenance of facilities installed in and over said easements
to serve adjacent or other premises iA the vicinity. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this 31 day of A.D. 1959.
