Hennepin, towit: All that part of the Southeast i of the Southeast * of Section 32, Township 117 North,
Range 21 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying East of Minneapolis,Northfield and Southern Railroad
right of way, except that part thereof embraced in the plat of "Birchcrest Fourth Addition", Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the Government Survey thereof; and Wesley C. Baker and Clarine G. Baker,
his wife, purchasers under contract for deed, of the following described property, towit: All that part
of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast * of Section 32, Township 117 North, Range 21 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, lying East of Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad right of way and North of
a line 165 feet North of (as measured along the East line of said Southeast A of the Southeast Oand
parallel to the Northerly line of "Birchcrest Fourth Addition"; have'caused the same to -be surveyed
and platted as NIEDERLOH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever
the street and easement for sewer and utility purposes as shown on the annexed plat, in witness whereQf
