Know all men by these presents that Rauenhorst Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the
following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit: That part of Outlot A,
NINE MILE NORTH, lying East of a line parallel with and 220.00 feet East of the Westerly line of Lincoln Drive as
platted in said NINE MILE NORTH, according to the recorded plat thereof, has caused the same to be surveyed and
platted as NINE MILE NORTH 2ND ADDITION and does hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever
the drive and easements for utility and drainage purposes as shown on the plat. I n witness whereof said
Rauenhorst Corporation has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officer and its corporate seal to be
