Know all men by these presents that Banco Properties, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of
the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit:
That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 116, Range 21, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, distant 440.85 feet South of the
Northwest corner thereof; thence Southerly along said Westerly line, a distance of 222.50 feet; thence at a right
angle Easterly to an intersection with a line parallel with and 40 feet Westerly of line "X" (hereinafter described);
thence Northerly along said parallel line to an intersection with a line drawn Easterly from a point of beginning
and at a right angle to the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence Westerly along said right
angle line to the point of beginning. Line "X" being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7; thence on an assumed bearing of North 880
47' East along the South line of said Northwest 1/4, a distance of 437.50 feet; thence on a bearing of North, a
distance of 1468.20 feet; thence North 80° 00' West, a distance of 271.57 feet to actual point of beginning of the
line to be described; thence North 130 30' East, a distance of 589.47 feet ; thence Northerly along a tangential
curve to the left, having a radius of 1432.39 feet, a distance of 398.72 feet; thence continuing Northerly along a
compound curve, said curve having a radius of 3756.81 feet, a distance of 434.30 feet and there terminating.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as NORTHWESTERN BANK ADDITION and does hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the avenue and easement for utility and drainage purposes as shown
