Know all men by these presents: that we, Ralph R. Overholt and Juliet H. Overholt, his wife, owners and proprietors
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota:
Lots 11 and 12, Auditor's Subdivision Number 196, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part of said lots embraced
in the plat of Overholt Hills Sally Addition, and except that part of the moat Northerly 60 feet of Lot ll, lying
Easterly of the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of the East Iroquois Trail, as shown on the plat of
"Indian Hills;"
That part of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision Number 196, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of the plat of
Overholt Hills Sally Addition, except that part of said Lot 13 lying Northerly of a line drawn parallel with and
400 feet Sotutherly from thr North line of said Lot 13, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as OVERHOLT HILLS GEORGIA ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate
to the public for public use forever the trail ae shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements
ac shown on the annexed plat.
