Know all men by these presents that Carl M. Hansen and Helen M Hansen, his wife, owners and
proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County
of Hennepin, towit: That part of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest u of Section 30 and that
Part of the Northeast it of the Northwest i of Section 31, Township 117, Range 21, described
as follows: Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 7, Block 3, "PARKWOOD KNOLLS"; thence
northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of i60 feet; thence north-
westerly deflecting to the left, at an angle of 751-591, a distance of 125 feet; thence south-
westerly 156.59 feet to the point of intersection of the South lire of said Section 30 with
the Easterly line of Londonderry Road; thence southeasterly along the Easterly line of
Londonderry Road, 169,26 feet to the point of beginning; have cauged the same to be surveyed
and platted as PARKWOOD KNOLLS 10TH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the easement for utility purposes as shown op the n ed plat. In
