Know ail men by these presents that Car M. Hansen and Helen A. Hansea, his
wife, owners and proprietors of the following described property situate in
the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin towit: Lot 1, Block 6, PARKWOOD
KNOLLS. All that vacated portiorS of Stauder Circle lying between the center
line of said Stauder Circle and the Northeasterly line of said Lot I, That
part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township
117, Range 21, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line
of said quarter quarter distant 38.27 feet East of the Southwest corner of
Lot I, Block 6, PARKWOOD KNOLLS- thence East along the North line of said
quarter quarter a distance of 1.0,89 feet; thence Southwesterly deflecting
to the right at an angle of 161 degrees, 24 minutes, 06 seconds a distance of
127.17 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curved line convex to the Southwest
with a radius of 168,37 feet a distance of 45.52 feet to the point of beginning,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PARKWOOD KNOLLS 9TH ADDITION
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the
circle as shown on the annexe plat. In witness whereof we have hereunto set
