Know all men by these presents that Geo. F. Pfaff and Helen I. Pfaff, his wife, owners and
proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and
County of Hennepin towit: Lot 4, Block 1, Pfaff 1st Addition. Also
Henry K. Lindahl & Son's Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor of the follow-
ing described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin towlt:
