Gladys M. Porter, his wife, owners and proprietors of the following

Tracts B, C, D, F, G, Registered Land Survey Number 419, files
of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
And also, that we, Paul W. Porter and Gladys M. Porter, his
wife, owners and proprietors, and the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Minneapolis, a Minnesota Corporation, Mortgagee, of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota,
Tract E of said Registered Land Survey Number 419, files of
the Registrar of Titles said County and State.
Have caused the some to be surveyed and platted as
"PORTERCREST" and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the street, avenue and drive as shown on
the annexed plat and subject to the easements for public utilities as
shown on said plat.
