Know all men by these presents that Walter L. Bush .and Ruth L. Bush, his wife, owners
and proprietors, of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota
and County of Hennepin, town : That part of Lots 27 and 28 in"Rolling Green", Hennepin
County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point 120 feet Northeasterly
from the Southwesterly line of Lot 28 along the line running from a point in the South-
westerly line of Lot 28, distant 40 feet Northwesterly from the most Southerly corner
of said lot, to a point in the Northeasterly line of Lot 28, distant 29.07 feet North-
westerly from the most Easterly corner of said Lot; thence Northeasterly along said line
to said point in said Northeasterly line; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line
of Lots 28 and 27 to the Southerly line of Lot 27 at a point of reverse curve in said line
distant 218.85 feet easterly along the Southerly fine of said Lot 27 from the most Southerly
corner of said lot; thence Northwesterly to beginning, have caused the same to be surveyed
