KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Centennial Land Limited Partnership, a
Minnesota limited partnership, an undivided 91.43% interest and John W. Hedberg, an undivided 8.57%
interest, fee owners, and that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina, Minnesota, a public
body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota, contract purchaser, of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
