That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 519, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, lying Southwesterly of
a line running from the Northwest corner of Tract A, said Registered Land Survey to a point in the Southwesterly extension of the
Southeasterly line of said Tract A, distant 10 feet Southwesterly from the most Southerly corner of said Tract A and lying North-
westerly of a line running from a point in the South line of said Tract B distant 75 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
Tract B to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Tract A distant 20 feet Northwesterly of the Southwesterly corner of said
