KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Parkwood Knolls Construction Company, a Minnesota corporation and Douglas J. Olson and Mary 0. Olson,
husband and wife, fee owners and Vernon Development Company, a Minnesota corporation, contract for deed purchaser of the following described
land, situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
