Know all men by these presents: that we, Folke R. Victorsen and Veown M. Victorsen, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, of the following described property situated
in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the North 334 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 lying East of the West 658.5 feet thereof and lying West of the West line of Brookview Avenue
extended to the North line of the said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 in Section 30, Township 28, Range 24; The West boundary of said tract is marked by Judicial
Landmarks set at the Southwest corner thereof and at a point on the West line thereof 110.25 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; Except that portion of the above
described tract lying Northeasterly of the following described line constituting the center line of Valley View Road; Beginning at a point on the North line of the
Northeast one-fourth (1/4) of said Section 30 distant 549.79 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence running Southeasterly at an angle of 26 degrees 36 minutes
with said North line, when measured from East to South for a distance of 500 feet and there terminating.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as VICTORSEN'S VALLEY VIEW and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road as shown on the
annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the annexed plat. ��//. �
