Know all men by these presents that Bonnie Scott Walling and Willis Lampert wailing,
her husband, owners and proprietors, of the following descrbed property situate in
the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towit: All �f lot 7, in "Rolling
Green, Hennepin County, Minnesota", except the following portion of said Lot 7:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence north along the East line
of said Lot. 7, a distance of 191 feet; thence westerly parallel with the South line
of said Lot 7 to a point distant 80 feet east of the West line and 191 feet north of
the South line of said Lot 7; thence northwesterly in a straight line to a point in
the line dividing said Lot 7 from hlerilane, which point is distant 40 feet north-
easterly, measured along said dividing line, from the -Northeast corner of Lot 6 in
said Roiling Green; thence southwesterly along said line dividing Lot 7 from Merilane
a distance of 40 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence southerly along
the dividing line between said Lots 6 and 7 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence easterly along the South line of said Lot 7 to the point of beginning. Also
that part of the former right of way of the Minneapolis -St. Paul Suburban Railway
Company located in the North i of the Northeast 4 of Section 29, Township 117,North
Range 21 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying east of the East line of Lot 12,
Block 1, "Gunnar Johnson's Second Rearrangement, Rolling Green", and lying westerly
of the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 7, "Roiling Green, Hennepin
County, Minnesota". Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WALLING'S
ADDITION, in witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this
