Know all men by these presents: That Curtis E. Austin and Valborg J. Austin, husband and wife, o�-mers and proprietors of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 36 and 37, Warden Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office
of the Registrar of Titles, and Lot 2, Block 1, Warden Acres Scheflo Replat.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WARDEN ACRES AUSTIN REPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the lane and utility easements as shown on the plat.
