Know all men by these presents: that we, William E. Daley and Adelaide C. Daley, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and Twin City
Federal Savings and Loan Association, an association organized under the laws of the United States of America, mortgagee, of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 27, 'Harden Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WARDEN ACRES BERG REPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the utility easements as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof William E. Daley and Adelaide C. Daley, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals this
day of4d4W4#1t-' A.D. 1964, and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association has caused these presents to be signed by its proper
