,now all men by these presents: That the estate of Ella M. Tracy, fee owner, and Edward E. Hansen, purchaser under contract, of the
following described property situated in the State of Minnesota, County of H ennepin, to wit:
Int 21, WARDEN ACRES.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and Platted as WARDEN ACRES HANSEN REPLAT, subject to the utility easements as shown on the plat.
In witness whereof Dale H.Tracy and John H. Tracy, co-executors of the estate of Ella M. Tracy, have hereunto set their hands and
seals this T day of A.D. 1973, and Edward E. Hansen has hereunto set his hand and seal this day of
A.D. 1973.

they executed the same as their own free act and deed.
