Know all men by these presents that Warren R. Posthumus and Eleanor L.Posthumus, his wife, owners
and proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County
of Hennepin, towit: That part of the Northeast J of the Southeast u of Section 29, Township 117,
Range 21, described as follows: Beginning 50 feet west of the Northeast corner of said Northeast A
of the Southeast 4; thence south parallel with the East line thereof 166,925 feet; thence west
206,93 feet to a point of intersection with a line drawn south 134,89 feet from a point on the South
line of Interlachen Boulevard distant 256,14 feet west from the East line of said Northeast h of the
Southeast 4; thence north along said line and same extended to the North Iine of said Northeast u of
the Southeast 4; thence east along said North line to the point of beginning. Have caused the same
to be surveyed and platted as WARREN'S ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the pubiicferpublituseforeverfhe
boulevard as shown on the annexed plat, and also the Utility Easement as shown on the annexed plat,
for use of municipality or other public utilities, for installation and maintenance of facilities in
and over said easements to serve adjacent or other premises in the vicinity. In witness whereof we
