KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Paul Wind and Catherine Wind his wife, owners and proprietors of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: That part
of the South 11 of the Northwest '/a of the Northwest YA, Section 19, Township 28, Range 24, described as beg-
inning at a point on a line drawn parallel to and 107 feet East of the West line of said Section 19, dist-
ant 1006.12 feet South along said parallel line from the North line of said Section 19; thence North along
said parallel line 182 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said South Vi of the Northwest 34 of
the Northwest YA a distance of 240 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said Section 19,a distance
of 182 feet; thence West parallel to the North line of said South V2 of the Northwest Y4 of the Northwest y
a distance of 240 feet to the point of beginning, according to the Government Survey thereof.
All the boundaries of which tract are marked by judicial landmarks placed at the 4 corners thereof pursuant
to Torrens Case No. 14215.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WIND FIRST ADDITION. Subject to the drainage and utility
easements as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this
