Know all men by these presents: that we, Bruce M. Winsor and Arline M. Winsor, husband a:td wife, owners and proprietors, and the Minnesota Federal Ravings and Loan

distant 981.6 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; these South along said West Line to the North line of State Highway No. 5; thence Brit 283 feet along said
highway line; thence Borth parallel with the West line of said Southeast barter of the Southwest Quarter to a point 833.0 feet South from the North line of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence West parallel with the Borth line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 59.0 feet; thence South parallel
with the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 148.60 feet; thence *set parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
(Oxarter 224.0 feet to the point of beginning, according to the Government Survey thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WINSOR ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road as shown on the
annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the annexed plat.
